was founded as a private, not-for-profit 501(c) 3 organization by Paul Clark, Sr. Clark experienced a lifestyle of worldly activities, which lead him to be shot seven (7) times which resulted in him being totally blind today. Clark gained clarity in 1994 and has been on a mission to give back what was so freely given to him. He has sponsored over 50 men, sits on numerous committees within Narcotic

s Anonymous (NA), Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and his church. He continues to find ways and means to spread the good news of how his life changed and how others are entitled to the same freedom. It is through the many relapses, criminal activities, and lack of self-esteem and direction, that Paul decided it was time to open a residential program, where men and women like him, could finally find freedom, face their fears, be accountable for their actions and begin the journey of recovery. Clark's House provided transitional housing for recovering addicts from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Clark's House was awarded a grant to serve low income veterans and their families "who had lost their way." As such, this program has been able to take veterans off the street and provide housing along with supportive services.
