Attn: Lake Deer Residents,

Please note the park has been vandalized and is no longer safe to play on. Please refrain from sending your children or visitors to it. We have closed it for your safety and hereby give notice we will not be liable for hurt, harm, injury and or arrest or citation that may result in anyone's attempt to access the park. Once the signage goes up feel free to call the police on anybody that may attempt to occupy, this dwelling.

Attn: Lake Deer Residents,

If anyone knows who has vandalized the park, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, this was one of the concerns with regards to buying a new park set. It has already been destroyed. The board is deliberating on what to do next, because we are in agreement that we will not keep funding the cost of repairs at the expense of our homeowners. Please feel free to suggest what this designated area can be used as next, that will require less maintenance and repairs. All ideas are welcome.

We are pleased to announce we have new management, Carmani Enterprise. We look forward to working with them. Please review the new portal that HOA payments must be received on. The homeowner payment link, ComWebPortal.com is active for online account registration, payments and community
information. Credit/Debit card payments will require a processing fee.
When registering, please look up the community’s name as Lake Deer Homeowners Association, Inc.
