The Bullock Institute is pleased to announce it has just secured enrollment of the first candidates for its new Master of Arts in Biblical Leadership program, the first of its kind competency-based master's program in the United States of America. The Bullock Institute is the only master's program with a true competency-based approach that allows graduates to continue on to Master of Divinity and Doctorate of Ministry programs if desired, without having to start over and lose credit hours as found in traditional graduate degree programs.

The initial degree program will be a Master of Arts in Biblical Leadership (MABL) that is offered in conjunction with our partnership with Northwest Seminary in Vancouver, Canada. The degree is fully ATS accredited. Plans are to expand this program to prepare leaders for different ministry contexts including pastors, church staff, parachurch organizations, Christian businesses and organizations, and military and hospital chaplains.

This program offering is part of Bullock’s Proven Leader development system, which is the only system of its kind in theological education that uses immersive training and evaluation systems to ensure that our graduates are equipped and prepared to handle the nuances, challenges, and difficulties of spiritual and Biblical leadership in the 21st Century.

Good article on a challenge facing churches today. As I used to share with my NOBTS students, ministry will not be for the faint of heart in the days ahead. I believe that is so. The Bullock Institute prepares leaders to navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with ongoing change.
