Today, we celebrate 64 years of Independence and give thanks to God for the nation we call home.

As we reflect on our journey, may we continue to pray for Trinidad and Tobago—our people, our leaders, our communities and the generations to come. May we be a nation that seeks God, walks in wisdom and moves forward together with hope and purpose.

What an exciting opportunity for those called to serve in the area of Holostic Health! Aidan University is offering you a great opportunity to get qualified so you can make a difference and serve at a whole new level!

We're very excited to announce that Fall Enrollment is now open for our brand-new Master of Arts in Christian Holistic Wellness and Aidan's new School of Human Flourishing. Led by Dr. Deb Harrell, this program brings a renewed focus on the human body. The Bible says that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Yet, we live in a world today where our bodies are not only dishonored but often abused.

To answer this call, we need ministers and coaches trained to minister not only to the mind and soul but also to the body.

Dear Freedom House Family,

This Sunday, August 9th, marks our 35th Church Anniversary! To celebrate this milestone, we invite everyone to wear something white as a symbol of unity, thanksgiving, and victory.

👥 Bring a Friend: Don't come alone! Invite a friend, neighbor, or family member to share in this joyous milestone.

🤍 Special Thanksgiving Offering: "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give... for God loves a cheerful giver." (2 Corinthians 9:7).

We encourage you to prayerfully consider bringing a special offering this Sunday as an expression of worship for 35 years of abundant blessings.

🎂 Stay After Service: Join us immediately after the service for celebration refreshments and a special anniversary toast as we celebrate our community!

Happy Emancipation Day!

Today we remember our past with gratitude for the courage, resilience, and sacrifices of those who came before us.

We celebrate our freedom by giving thanks for the opportunities we enjoy today and, above all, the freedom found in Christ.

As we embrace our future, may we continue to walk in faith, hope, unity, and purpose, building a legacy that reflects God's love for generations to come.

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery." ~ Galatians 5:1
