The Valley of New Bern was honored to recognize a truly remarkable milestone in the Masonic journey of Ill. Bro. Paul Menard, 33°.
With more than 50 years of dedicated service to the Scottish Rite, Brother Menard has exemplified the principles of Masonry through his commitment, devotion, and steadfast support of the Craft and the Rite.
In recognition of this extraordinary milestone, the Valley had the distinct honor of presenting Brother Menard with his Blue Cap, signifying more than five decades of faithful service and dedication.
For over half a century, Brother Menard has carried the light of Scottish Rite Masonry forward—serving not for recognition, but because of his devotion to the ideals we hold dear. His years of labor are a living testament to the words we are taught: “Human Progress is Our Cause.”
Brother Menard, your years of service have helped strengthen the bonds of Brotherhood and preserve the traditions of the Scottish Rite for generations to come.
