Join us at Sunnyside Ministry for the next concert in our Summer Bluegrass Series featuring Strings of Faith!

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and settle in for an evening of live bluegrass music and community.

We’ll also have a cookout with hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks for sale, with proceeds from every plate benefiting Sunnyside Ministry.

And don’t forget: this is a foodraising event! Bring nonperishable food donations to help us restock our food pantry.

This Thursday, it can help Sunnyside Ministry provide hope and assistance to neighbors in our community. 💛

From our Food Pantry and Clothing Center to crisis financial assistance and other programs, Sunnyside works every day to help individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

A new baby brings plenty to celebrate, and no family should have to prepare for that new beginning alone.

Sunnyside Ministry and Home Moravian Church Women’s Fellowship invite new and expecting parents in our community to join us for a special afternoon on Saturday, October 17, from 2:00–4:00 PM at Sunnyside Ministry.

Guests will enjoy baby essentials, light refreshments, fellowship, and encouragement in a welcoming community setting.

There is no cost to attend, but RSVP is required.

As a new semester begins across Winston-Salem, we want students at Wake Forest University, Forsyth Tech, Salem College, Carolina University, Winston-Salem State University, and University of North Carolina School of the Arts to know that Sunnyside Ministry is here for you.

College students with a current student ID are welcome to visit our Food Pantry and Clothing Center when they need a little extra support.

Looking for a way to get involved in the community this semester? We also have volunteer opportunities for individuals, friends, clubs, classes, teams, and campus organizations.

Spend an afternoon serving others by packing Church World Service Hygiene Kits, enjoying pizza and music, meeting youth from churches across our community, and learning about the 2026 CROP Hunger Walk.

Music feeds the soul. Your generosity helps feed our neighbors.

On Saturday, August 29, Sunnyside Ministry’s Summer Bluegrass Series featuring Strings of Faith Bluegrass will include a community foodraising effort to support our food pantry.

We invite you to bring nonperishable food donations to help provide groceries for families in Forsyth and Davidson counties.

Most-needed items include:

• Canned meats
• Peanut butter
• Canned vegetables
• Pasta
• Rice
• Cereal
• Shelf-stable meals

Join us for an evening of music, fellowship, and community. Enjoy the cookout featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks while supporting Sunnyside Ministry’s mission.

If you've been holding on to boxes of old bank statements, tax records, medical paperwork, or other confidential documents, now is the perfect time to clean them out.

Join us tomorrow, Saturday, August 15, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sunnyside Ministry for our Community Shred-it Event.

A professional Shred-it mobile shredding truck will securely destroy your unwanted personal documents while your $5 suggested donation helps provide food, clothing, crisis assistance, and hope to local families.
