On Holiday is officially a NC IDEA SEED Grant recipient, and we couldn’t be prouder of the OnHoliday Team. Connecting our founders to funding opportunities like NC IDEA is a core part of what we do at Winston Starts. From grant applications to pitch prep, we work alongside our founders to make sure they know about the resources out there and feel ready to go after them. April wraps up National Stress Awareness Month, but stress doesn't follow a calendar and neither should the way we manage it.

Founders carry a lot, and the pressure can take a toll on your mind and body. So we tapped one of our founders, Jessica Rak Bruno, founder of Mental Rest for a few stress management tips you can use all year long.

The truth is, stress management isn't one big thing, it's a bunch of small practices that add up. None of these tips are revolutionary but the founders who do them consistently are the ones who will thrive!
