April wraps up National Stress Awareness Month, but stress doesn't follow a calendar and neither should the way we manage it.

Founders carry a lot, and the pressure can take a toll on your mind and body. So we tapped one of our founders, Jessica Rak Bruno, founder of Mental Rest for a few stress management tips you can use all year long.

The truth is, stress management isn't one big thing, it's a bunch of small practices that add up. None of these tips are revolutionary but the founders who do them consistently are the ones who will thrive!
