Garden Club Council

Garden Club Council Founded in 1932, the Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County helps protect, preserve, and beautify our environment.

The Garden Club Council works to promote gardening, beautification, preservation, and education. We offer community grants for local organizations and a scholarship for garden-related education. Our group includes over 700 members from 19 garden clubs in Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, North Carolina. All of our garden club members are also members of the Garden Club of North Carolina.

What a lovely day in the gardens!

In Full Bloom, the Winston-Salem
Garden Tour, took place on Saturday and was a true success—the gardens,
the weather, the people—all coming together in support of our mission to
protect, preserve, and beautify our environment.

This special day was made possible by many hands: first and foremost, the
garden owners whose extraordinary vision, care, and dedication brought their gardens to life in the most beautiful and inspiring ways; the dedicated Garden Tour Committee who worked for months behind the scenes; our generous corporate and individual sponsors who share our vision; and, last but not least, the more than 900 of you who joined us and made it all so memorable!

Proceeds from the tour will directly support community grants awarded by the Garden Club Council, creating a lasting and visible impact on public spaces and nonprofit initiatives throughout Forsyth County, North Carolina.
