Mozik Modeling Troupe WSSU Join Mozik! Tryouts held every WSSU school year once at the beginning of the Fall semester and once at the beginning of the Spring semester.

Details will always be posted around campus at those times. Founded in 1976, Mozik Modeling Troupe has been known as the PREMIERE modeling troupe on the campus of Winston-Salem State University. An organization which has been known for their sleek style, beautiful women and charming men, is the first and oldest active modeling troupe on the east coast. Mozik is an organization that truly revolutio

nizes the college experience for it's members as well as their peers. You can catch Mozik members turning heads everywhere, especially when dressed in their stunning troupe colors, Black and Silver. Known for their sellout shows yearly in K.R. Williams Auditorium, Mozik incorporates theatrical aspects, scripted modeling performances, and the inclusion of highly acclaimed music playlist's to accompany their shows. Every Mozik show is also known for the inclusion of other WSSU performance organizations, offering a wide array of entertainment for everyone. Mozik is an organization heavy on tradition. Recognized by their swift spins, women's leaned walking style, charming men and classy dress, Mozik has been known around the campus of WSSU as fashion innovators and icons. Each year Mozik's newest member celebrate Mozik's Spirit Week, allowing the new members to display their creativity and perform for the first time for their scholastic peers all week throughout the campus of WSSU.
