The Winston-Salem Kiwanis Club was founded in 1919 as the 1st Kiwanis in Winston-Salem and the 4th club in North Carolina. Working in our community since we were chartered, we sponsor youth in local schools and helping support their growth through may different programs from elementary school to college. The Winston Salem Kiwanis Club holds their annual Winston-Salem Kiwanis Club "Hog Wild Barbe

cue" (BBQ) each year in September to raise funds to support our many activities that we do and support through out the year.
