A special thank-you to our sponsors:

🦈 You're more likely to have prediabetes than be attacked by a shark.

Yet 81% of people with prediabetes don't know they have it.

The good news? Type 2 diabetes can often be prevented.

The YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program gives you the tools, support, and accountability to make lasting lifestyle changes and reduce your risk.

✅ Lose weight
✅ Increase physical activity
✅ Learn healthy habits that fit your life
✅ Earn incentives for participation

Don't wait until prediabetes becomes diabetes.
