At our latest synHERgy session, Shannon Stokes, founder and owner of , led a meaningful conversation about being a founder, navigating change, and understanding how those changes can shape our identity.

Rather than holding onto a rigid idea of who we are supposed to be, attendees were invited to think about identity as something that continues to evolve. Every new season can create space to grow, redefine ourselves, and become who we need to be next.

As Shannon shared, the experience felt like being in a room full of family—and that sense of openness, connection, and support is what synHERgy, and overall, Womenpreneur Wednesday is all about.

📣 Paper Cha$er is back, and we want you as a coach!

HUSTLE Winston-Salem is looking for financial professionals to support local entrepreneurs through Paper Cha$er Speed Coaching on Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Entrepreneurs will meet with coaches for a series of 25-minute, one-on-one sessions focused on topics such as budgeting, credit, taxes, cash flow, access to capital, and more. It’s a simple setup, but the impact is real. Past attendees consistently say they “walk away with answers they can use in their businesses.”

New this year, workshops will run alongside the coaching sessions. Coaches can also express interest in leading a workshop or reserving a resource table to showcase their business or services. Workshop spots are limited.

The next synHERgy session, More Than a Founder: Navigating Identity Shifts When Business Changes, features Shannon Stokes, founder of and Healing Unlimited Wellness Collective.

Together, we’ll explore what happens when your business changes and your sense of identity changes with it. This conversation will focus on separating your worth from your work, navigating seasons that look different from what you imagined, and staying connected to yourself through every version of your company.
