📢 We’re proud of our own Curtis Friday Sr., Program Manager for Forsyth WINS / Cure Violence, Winston, Salem, who recently represented Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods at the NC SAFE Press Conference!

Curtis Friday Sr. joined leaders from across North Carolina to help raise awareness of the importance of secure firearm storage and its role in preventing injuries, theft, and unauthorized access.

At Forsyth WINS / Cure Violence, Winston, Salem, we know that creating safer communities requires all of us, residents, organizations, partners, and community leaders, working together.

We have something important to share with our community.

This year has been one of our most challenging. Our funding landscape shifted, and we had to face that honestly. We made hard decisions to protect what matters most: our team, our programs, and our presence in this community.

Then something beautiful happened.

Carolina Complete Health, United Way of Forsyth County, Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust, and The Winston-Salem Foundation stepped in with critical support that kept us moving forward. We are deeply grateful.

But we still have a gap to close. And that is where you come in.

We are hosting a special virtual fundraising breakfast and we want you at the table.
