Free Over the Counter Medicine!!!

On October 7th NC Med Assist's mobile pharmacy will distribute free medicine in Forsyth County.

The Mobile Free Pharmacy provides adults and children who are low-income and in need with free over the counter medicine. Medicine such as aspirin, children’s cough syrup, allergy medicine and vitamins are just a few items given to families who need assistance.

To register, click the link below. The link will default to the month of September, so click the arrow to advance to October. Once you've advanced click the October 7th date and the registration form will show along with the pick up address.

Thanks again to all of our participants. Propel Forward offers assistance in 6 critical areas, two being community and personal development.
