💙 Happy Direct Support Professionals Week! 💙
This week, we celebrate the incredible DSPs who show up every day with compassion, patience, kindness, and dedication. You make a difference in the lives of the people we support in ways both big and small. 🫶
From helping with everyday tasks and encouraging independence to sharing laughs, creating memories, and being there through the challenges — what you do matters.
We are incredibly grateful for each and every member of our staff. Thank you for the heart you bring to your work, the relationships you build, and the countless ways you help make our community stronger. 💙
Happy DSP Week to our amazing team! We appreciate you more than words can say! 🎉👏

🦙 Llama tell you… we had a GREAT time! 😂
We had an absolutely llama-zing time hanging out with the adorable llamas from Carlson’s Loveable Llamas! 🦙❤️
They were fluffy, friendly, and full of personality—and we’re llama-obsessed! 😍
Thanks for making our day so much fun. We’re already thinking… llama do that again?! 😂🦙

**In Loving Memory of Michelle Krcil**

Over the years, Michelle brought smiles, laughter, and kindness to everyone around her. She was an important part of the ATHC family, and the friendships she built and the memories she created will always hold a special place in our hearts.

While we deeply mourn her passing, we are grateful for the more than 30 years we were fortunate to share with her. Her presence made ATHC a better place, and she will be greatly missed by staff, friends, and everyone whose life she touched.

Please join us in keeping Michelle's family, friends, and all who knew and loved her in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Her memory will forever remain a part of ATHC. We will miss you, "girlfriend." ❤️

(Of course, we also had to include a picture of Michelle with her favorite person from this past Christmas.)
