NAWIC Chapter 395 will work to provide a more inclusive and empowering construction industry in Vermont.

We will provide professional development, education, networking, and leadership opportunities, and advocate for the value women bring to the industry.

NAWIC VT October Membership Meeting | Your Attendance Matters!

NAWIC VT members, please join us on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

We will take care of chapter business and officially vote in our Board of Directors, followed by a conversation on women’s health led by our incoming Recording Secretary, Ashley Cota.

Your participation matters. We need a two-thirds quorum of our membership to finalize the Board of Directors vote, so every member in the room makes a difference.

🏆 WHAT A DAY! 🏆

That’s a wrap on Kickin’ It With NAWIC 2026!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who sponsored, donated, volunteered, played, cheered, and helped make this year’s tournament such a success. We truly couldn’t have done it without you!

Eight incredible teams took the field this year:

BCP Builders LLC / Lambert Marine, Danforth Mechanical EMCOR Group, Inc.), PC Construction, ReArch Construction, Silver Maple Construction, Stewart Construction, United Rentals, Wiemann Lamphere Architects

And after a day of competition, laughs, and plenty of kickball, ReArch Construction’s Mean Green Kickin’ Machine took home the championship! 🏆Congratulations!

We’re especially grateful to all of our event sponsors and in-kind donors whose generosity helped bring the tournament together. Your support allows NAWIC Vermont Chapter 395 to continue promoting our mission of advancing women in construction through education, networking, leadership development, and community outreach.

🔨✨Making a lasting impact through service! The NAWIC VT Chapter 395 proudly helped construct a new pavilion at Camp Twin Hills, creating a welcoming space for campers to gather, learn, and make lifelong memories.

We're honored to support Camp Twin Hills and the Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains, helping build spaces that inspire confidence, leadership, and community for generations to come.
