Learn to Longboard at Lake Winona. We'll provide you with longboards and instruction, just bring yourself & your helmet!

Wildlife Ecology at Farmer's Park in Stockton where you'll learn about how animals and the environment interact.

One week from today, we'll be learning to longboard around the trails at Lake Winona.

Have you wanted to try longboarding but don’t know where to start? This event is for you! We’ll kick things off with a group lesson and safety demo to cover the basics, then hit the beautiful Lake Winona bike path for plenty of practice time. Along the way, you’ll get individualized tips and feedback to help you improve at your own pace.

Whether you’ve never stepped on a board before or want to brush up on your skills, this is the perfect chance to learn, move, and enjoy the outdoors with others.

Join us on Saturday, May 9th from 9:30-11:30am for a beginner look at wildlife ecology as we observe the landscapes our region has to offer and discuss what animal survival has looked like through changes in the environment over time. We’ll meet at Farmer’s Community Park in Stockton, MN. Wildlife ecology focuses on the relationship that animals have with their surroundings and how this can impact their survival.

This is a free, family friendly event - we hope to see you there! Registration is required.
