Are you a strategic and hands-on HR leader ready to make an impact? MWSCO is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and drive our HR functions with professionalism, objectivity, and a focus on excellence. As our HR Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our workforce, ensuring compliance, and driving HR strategies that align with our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all HR functions, from employee relations, payroll, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives while maintaining a fair and equitable work environment.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and professional hiring process.
• Promote a positive work environment by fostering open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
• Maintain a strong workplace culture through training, performance management, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while proactively mitigating risks.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory role.
• Proven experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and experience exercising professional discretion and maintaining confidentiality regarding a variety of matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Travel and Scheduling Requirements:
• Ability to travel to all 12 MWSCO locations as needed.
• Occasional out of town and overnight travel for general training, meetings, or industry functions.

The wage range for this position is $72,000-$82,000 per year based on several factors including education and experience.
