To our clients and community members affected by Winter Storm 26, please remember that help is available. While CMI is assisting as many clients as possible, there are other resources available to assist.

The American Red Cross is providing emergency assistance, including shelter, meals, and disaster recovery support for individuals and families impacted by severe winter weather.

If you are in need of immediate help, please contact the Red Cross directly or visit their website for guidance.

The City of Winona and the Montgomery County Board of
Supervisors would like to announce that a bottled water distribution will take place this morning, Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the Montgomery County Coliseum beginning at approximately 10:30 am. EMA Director AP Pratt was instrumental in obtaining the bottled water for all
citizens of Montgomery County. With the help of the Winona Police
Department, the Winona Fire Department, the Winona Street
Department, and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Department, the
bottled water will be distributed beginning at approximately
10:30am today.
