Good Morning Everyone! I hope you are doing well! I am asking a favor for a couple of things.
The Band Boosters will be hosting our 5th Annual "Battle For The Spear" on Saturday, October 17, 2026. We are in need for a couple of things:

1. We need 2 more side by sides or golf carts to help the adult booster members around the High School campus during this event. If you have one that you would allow us to utilize, please reach out to me and let me know. No students will be driving any side by side or golf cart - only adults.

2. We are in need of parking attendants. We will need some parking help from 9:30 to 1:00 PM for all of the buses and trailers that will be showing up. I feel like most of the schools attending will be here around noonish but wanted to be safe by saying 1:00 pm and we also will need some parking attendants on the home side of the field to maximize the parking space over there and then to guide people to the handicapped portion of the parking lot.
If you would like to assist, please feel free to reach out and let me know. We will be hosting 15 bands from all over Northeast Texas and the Metroplex and we need your help!

Thank you for your time!
