With the passing of another school year, a piece of me can’t help to be sad that Duchenne has had more time to take function away from the Hunter & Noah. We are more than ever focused on helping to find treatments for this disease and are so proud to report Small Heroes has donated $75,000 this year alone to gene therapy research (thanks to all of you)! We believe this therapy will change the projection of the boys’ lives and pray for the day it is available to them. Although COVID has put hurtles in our fundraising efforts, we are excited to hold more events to raise both money and awareness for Duchenne. Please be on the lookout in the upcoming weeks!
