Frontier Community Coalition would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Orica for their generous food donation. Contributions like these play a vital role in supporting low-income families and individuals experiencing food insecurity within our community.

At Frontier Community Coalition, we are committed to ensuring that no one in need is turned away, and this donation will help provide greater food stability for the clients and families we serve.

We greatly appreciate Orica’s support and community partnership and look forward to future opportunities to work together in making a positive impact throughout our region.

FCC had the opportunity to participate in the Senior Grad Party by hosting an informational table and connecting with graduating seniors. Throughout the event, we shared valuable resources and information on topics including the accessibility of the 988 Crisis & Su***de Lifeline, stress management strategies, and the risks associated with alcohol and substance use. Students received stickers and resource cards to help keep important support information easily accessible.

One of the highlights was giving students the opportunity to experience "drunk goggles," which simulate impairment and demonstrate how even simple tasks, like walking in a straight line, can become challenging when under the influence. Activities like these provide a powerful reminder that alcohol and substances are not necessary to have fun and celebrate safely.

We appreciate the meaningful conversations we had with the graduates and are grateful for the opportunity to support them as they prepare for this exciting new chapter.
Thank you to the Lowry High School Sober Senior Graduation Party for allowing FCC to be part of such an amazing event!

Congratulations to the Class of 2026! We wish you success, safety, and happiness in all your future endeavors.🎓🎉

Today, the Food Bank reached out to FCC with a last-minute opportunity to serve at the local soup kitchen. Thanks to the generosity of a local church and the Food Bank, warm meals were provided to members of our community.

FCC was honored to help bring people together in support of this effort. Moments like these remind us of the power of community, partnership, and service. When organizations and volunteers unite with a shared purpose, meaningful impact happens.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and compassion to make this possible. It is always a privilege to be part of work that is rewarding for everyone involved and helps strengthen our community.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, Frontier Community Coalition was honored to attend the 2026 Community Health Fair in McDermitt, Nevada, hosted by Fort McDermitt Wellness Center.

Our team had the opportunity to connect with community members, share resources, and highlight the services available through our Family Resource Center and Prevention Programs. Frontier Community Coalition proudly provides case management, welfare support services, community referrals, and prevention resources, including Naloxone education and materials.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support and engage with the McDermitt community and remain committed to extending services and resources to Nevada’s rural communities. Together, we can continue building healthier and stronger communities through connection, support, and awareness.
