📢 Temporary Office Hours Update

Frontier Community Coalition will be closed to the public Monday August 24th through Thursday August 27th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm due to staff training. Any questions please call 775-977-2456.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as our team participates in training to better serve our community.

Regular office hours will resume after training each day.

I want to say thank you to all of the workers and volunteers who keep the Frontier Community Coalition up and running. Thanks to FCC, families in Pershing, Lander, and Humboldt Co. can get food assistance, housing aid, and casework support.

Especially with Trump’s Medicaid cuts, services like these are more important than ever. Thank you all for your work on behalf of Nevadans.

Frontier Community Coalition will be at Fort McDermitt Wellness Center on August 13, 2026 from 9am-12pm. We offer resources, referrals, applications and will have products to give out.

We offer our rural Nevada Medicaid members rides for health care visits and more at no cost to you.

You can also get five round trips or ten one-way trips (30 miles or less) for:
💜 Visits at your local Women, Infants and Children (WIC) office
💜 Grocery stores
💜 Food pickups through food pantries, food banks or other local groups
💜 Job interviews or High School Equivalency classes (you must be part of CareSource WorkConnect)
💜 Community and religious events
💜 CareSource events, such as Mom & Baby Beginnings
