Maybe you’ve looked in the mirror, stepped on the scale, struggled to get off the floor, or simply realized you don’t feel like yourself anymore.
The good news?
You don’t have to leap out of the hole overnight.
Just like digging a hole took time, climbing out takes time too.
One healthy meal won’t change everything. One workout won’t change everything. One good night’s sleep won’t change everything.
But each one is another shovel full of dirt moved in the right direction.
Start small.
Take a walk.
Drink more water.
Get to bed a little earlier.
Strength train twice this week.
The people who transform their health aren’t usually the ones who make the biggest changes. They’re the ones who keep showing up for the small changes over and over again.
If you don’t like where your health is today, don’t focus on how deep the hole feels.
Focus on the next shovel full.
Keep digging.
