It’s okay to cry.

Not everything you feel needs to be held in or “pushed through.” Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is let it out.

Crying doesn’t make you weak. It means you’re human, you’re processing, releasing, and making space for healing.

You don’t have to have a reason that makes sense to anyone else, and you don’t have to explain it. You just have to let yourself feel.

So, if today is heavy, let the tears come.
Give yourself that moment.

If you're seeking treatment options for opioid addiction, we can help. Every Friday at 9 am, we hold an open group where you can meet with your peers and Dr. Julie Cope, PMHNP. You'll have the opportunity to discuss whether Suboxone or Sublocade might be the right medication-assisted treatment for you.

Suboxone is a dissolvable strip or tablet that goes under the tongue, while Sublocade is a monthly injection. Both medications are used to treat opioid addiction - they can help stop you from feeling drug sick, reduce cravings, and alleviate pain.

For more information, please call us at (775) 623-1888 or stop by the office at 1200 East Winnemucca Blvd.

Our pickleball tournament was an absolute blast, and it wouldn’t have been the same without all of you. From the players bringing the energy on the court to everyone who came out to cheer, support, and be part of the day.

We are so thankful for how strong and connected our community truly is. We’re so grateful for the laughter, friendly competition, and all the support shown throughout the tournament.

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Today is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health, and it deserves the same care, attention, and compassion.

Whether you’re thriving, struggling, or somewhere in between, your mental health matters. Every step you take, big or small, counts.

This month, let’s work on breaking the stigma, checking in with ourselves and each other, and remembering that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You are not alone.
You are worthy of support.
And your story matters.

There’s a difference between pushing yourself and pushing yourself to the limit, and it matters more than you think.

Pushing yourself means showing up when it’s hard. It’s choosing growth over comfort, even in small ways. It’s progress, consistency, and learning what you’re capable of.

Pushing yourself to the limit is when rest gets ignored. Boundaries disappear. You keep going, not because it’s helping, but because you feel like you have to.

Give yourself permission to push forward, but also permission to pause.
