Last night, Zone Chairman Krissy Burchette visited Spring Creek Ruby Mountain Lions and gave a presentation on the importance of reporting meetings, donations, service projects, service volunteer hours and volunteers to LCI. Keeping up with our reporting is very important for our clubs!!!
Also, IPDG Paul Silva gave a presentation on the Lions Eye Foundation.

COMMUNITY CUBBIES: Today was their first day with the first agency to volunteer their time to our kids. Thank you so much to Nomadic Broadcasting and Jace Edwards who did an amazing job explaining and demonstrating how a radio station works as well as live streaming. He also demonstrated live interviews. Then the kids were able to do live Broadcasting and interview each other live. They all became stars today. You can hear them for yourself on MIX 1027.

We had our first parents meeting today. Our first agency to visit, Nomadic Broadcasting , will be next week at the lions hut. There is still room for your 5-11 year old to participate for free. Join us next Saturday.

We would like to thank the community agencies for stepping up and creating field trips for our 22 weeks we have planned out for the cubbies.

Joel is working on an Eagle Scout project at the Lions Hut. He is rebuilding the tables and benches and they look amazing. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

The Winnemucca Host Lions Club donated $672.50 from our Festival of Tree's baskets last year to Harmony Manor today. We would like to thank the community for all their support in donating baskets and buying raffle tickets.
