Student athletes are required to have a physical each year in order to play sports.

That's why you should mark your calendars for July 18th, as HGH will be giving out free sports physicals. No appointment is necessary! HGH providers will be conducting the physicals. A parent or guardian must be present with their athlete.

Physicals will be from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, enter through the HGH main entrance. Signage will be around the halls telling you where to go.

While you're waiting in line, grab a coffee from the coffee cart. They will be open during the wait.

We have a couple of great private coaching opportunities in town, if you’re looking to get better at softball this summer you reach out to our alumni players, turned coaches McKenna Jones or Maddi Mcclure. They are great coaches offering 1 on 1 sessions for players looking to improve their skills.
