Reminder: August Meeting today August 17th at 2pm in the Terrace Room at Botanica! Join us for presentations about terrariums and orchids, and the scent of orchids!

Since Botanica is open Sundays members attending meetings need to use public parking. Please only use the staff lot if you have large quantities of plants to unload.

Happy Easter weekend everyone! Remember tomorrow at Botanica at 2pm will be having wonderful Ron Parsons speaking to us about the plants and orchids of Madagascar! Ron Parsons is considered by many to be one of the finest flower photographers in the United States. His photography and encyclopedic knowledge of orchids is known both nationally and internationally. He has been photographing orchids, wildflowers, and almost every other kind of plant for over 25 years, and has a slide collection that numbers well over 80,000 slides! Ron loves to travel, photograph orchids and wildflowers in situ, visit orchid and other plant enthusiasts collections, and most of all, to take photographs of plants and flowers that he likes.
