This week our residents had a chance to visit the Etzanoa Immersion Center in Ark City that recently opened. Wow! This place is all about the history and artifacts of The Great Settlement, the lost city of Etzanoa that is being unearthed by archaeologist near the Arkansas and Walnut Rivers. It is thought that as many as 20,000 people may have lived in this area that was part of Quivira. If you have not had a chance to visit the Immersion Center, plan your visit soon!
