🔥WILDFIRES FLEXIBILITY CHALLENGE! 🔥

Fall break is the perfect time to keep working on skills!

Just 5 minutes a day can help improve flexibility, mobility, and body control.

This week, we’re challenging our athletes to complete ALL 5 stretches each day:

1️⃣ Left Leg Lunge
2️⃣ Right Leg Lunge
3️⃣ Sumo Stretch
4️⃣ Wall Straddle
5️⃣ Plank

💜 Hold each exercise for 60 seconds and focus on good form, controlled breathing, and consistency!

Take a picture or video when you complete your challenge and tag Wildfires Sports so we can cheer you on! 🔥
