For more than five years, Bilonda had little control over what happened next. She moved between five foster homes, changed schools, and lived with the uncertainty that one phone call could uproot her life all over again.
But foster care would not get the final say.
Today, Bilonda is the owner of Rachel | Houston Trainer, where she helps women become stronger—not just physically, but in how they see themselves.
What started as a small idea in college has become a growing community. She has trained more than 300 women, hosted 50+ fitness events, and created 20+ apparel collections—all while encouraging women to show up, believe in themselves, and pursue their own goals.
And her impact reaches far beyond a workout.
Through her business, Bilonda is creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, challenged, and confident. She’s turned her own journey into an opportunity to help others discover what they’re capable of.
Dream Makers came alongside her with equipment and apparel that helped her expand her offerings, strengthen her content, and grow her business.
But Bilonda built this dream from the ground up.

Today, she’s a college graduate pursuing her master’s degree and continuing to build a business that is changing lives, one woman at a time.
Her story reminds us that when a young person has the opportunity and support to pursue their dream, the impact doesn’t stop with them. It multiplies.
