Windsor Meditation Club

Windsor Meditation Club The free Windsor Meditation Club meets most Saturdays at 9:00 am at the Windsor Community Recreation Center.

Each guided one hour session includes Qigong stretching exercises, walking meditation, and seated meditation. Please join us and learn how to attain a peaceful, joyous mind. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a cushion to sit on.
