American Legion Windsor

The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic, war-time veterans organization, devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is a not-for-profit community-service organization which now numbers nearly 3 million members, men and women, in nearly 15,000 American Legion posts worldwide. Forbes-McKay Post 109 in Windsor CO welcomes all current and former military personnel to join our Post.

We are an 'open post' which means that we welcome all those who support the brave men and women that are currently serving in our military, or have served in the past. We have the lowest drink prices in town. Please join us in our lounge for daily drink specials or come by and watch the game on our big screen TV in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our dance hall is available to the public to rent for any event including weddings, receptions, dances, Christmas parties, graduation parties, fund raisers, meetings, etc. Please call for information on renting our hall and for current rental rates.
