Meet Konrad Korth – Windsor Gives Board Member

We’re thrilled to introduce one of our incredible board members, Konrad Korth! Konrad brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to the Windsor Gives team. As a seasoned member of the High Point financial team in Northern Colorado, Konrad transitioned from a successful career as a small business owner and Navy SEAL coach to follow his true passion in finance.

Beginning his finance career at New York Life, Konrad quickly achieved the prestigious title of Executive Council in his first six months. He is also recognized as a member of the elite Million Dollar Round Table for his excellence and commitment to his clients.

When he’s not guiding clients on their financial journeys, Konrad is out in nature, embracing his love for the outdoors and running. He has participated in numerous ultra marathons as a pacer and completed the challenging Leadville 100. His dedication to endurance, perseverance, and supporting others makes him a true asset to our community.

MEET OUR BOARD SPOTLIGHT!

Meet Mandy, Windsor Gives co-founder and president. She, along with Shawn and Ann, started Windsor Gives to answer the community's need for greater access to endurance events and the many benefits that come with them. Mandy is a passionate endurance athlete with two kids of her own, and her mission is to help build a healthier community mentally, emotionally, and physically. You can find Mandy serving as the emcee at the many free school fun runs our team hosts, as well as planning zero cost running events throughout the year. Her favorite thing about her role is inspiring others to find a love for running and finding their own "reason why."

Thank you, Mandy, for the impact you've made and continue to make within our community.

We are getting excited to cheer on our co-founders in Leadville in a few weeks and while we are on the topic of endurance events, that is what is all about!!

We provide access to endurance events for our community and those that may have restrictions to register for these events because of cost.

I have lived in the Northern Colorado area for over 20 years and I am proud to say I am raising my family here as well! I have been married to my lovely bride, Cathy, for 15 years and we have two beautiful children, Kaden (12) and Ella (8). Cathy and I lead the music at Our Lady of the Valley in Windsor every weekend, and we are very active in our local communities of Greeley and Windsor. This is our home and we love it here!

I am so excited to be part of Windsor Gives and help the community engage more with their health and fitness journey. I have been on a long journey myself and realized that a healthy body can help create a healthy mind. It is my goal to help our youth and community engage with their fitness and become healthier individuals in mind and body!

Before I joined the real estate business, I helped clients navigate their financial journey as a Financial Planner. I have also successfully navigated several fix and flips personally and now teach others how to do the same. I have always had a passion for real estate and have had success as a real estate investor myself. I will work to make your real estate transactions as smooth and painless as possible, and it is my absolute duty to show care, obedience, loyalty, and work ethic to all my clients that I have the pleasure to serve. In today’s real estate community, there are a lot of part time agents. I will work full time for you, ensuring that I am available when it matters most. I look forward to working with you!

Matt will be motivating all of us and especially firing up our Wild West Relay Participants and showing us all the importance of bonding with a team during tough situations and a few other things about relating running to life.

MEET OUR BOARD MEMBERS

Eric Thompson grew up in Fort Collins, CO, and has spent most of his life in Northern Colorado. Eric resides in Windsor and has for the past 15 years. Eric and his wife Amanda own and operate the Thompson Insurance Agency, LLC and in Fort Collins, CO, and Eric is an Instruction Faculty Manager at Western Governors University, School of Business. Eric and Amanda have three boys and a daughter who all live and work in Northern Colorado and Denver.

Eric was drawn to support Windsor Gives’ Mission of creating a healthier community by providing access, education, and participation in endurance events.

Eric shares “I am grateful to serve on a local Board promoting the health and wellness of our community by offering free fun runs and other access to events that promote a healthier community.”

We are so excited for the 3rd Annual Poudre Trail Days!!!! We will be there kicking off the fun run and you'll find us enjoying a beer or 2 after!

Whether you’re running, biking, walking, or just here to support the Poudre River Trail and the Poudre Learning Center, it's going to be a blast.
