The 2023/2024 XCEL Season has finally come to a close, and our team went out with a bang!!

Karli Woody qualified to attend the regional championships for Region 7, competing in the Platinum division. She walked away with 5 hard-earned gold medals, placing first in every event.

Congratulations, Karli!! We cannot wait to see you compete in 2024/2025 for your senior year!!!

The VA State XCEL Championships have officially been ROCKED!!!

Each one of our XCEL gymnasts walked away with at least 1 gold medal in an event, but most proudly earned more. And in an amazing display of control and grace, Caroline earned a Perfect 10 on bars. That's a score you almost never see in gymnastics.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our team across the year/s. Thank you to our coaches and our gym owners for all you do for these athletes. The XCEL girls have worked so hard and these results speak for themselves.

This past weekend our XCEL Team delivered some amazing routines at the Diamond Invitational in Chesapeake, VA.
The highlight of this event is that each session, whoever scored the highest All Around is awarded a special prize - a diamond necklace. This year, our team walked away with two of these coveted awards!!!
Karli scored highest All Around in the Platinum division, while Alexis scored for the Bronze division.
Congratulations, ladies!!!
