We are honored to welcome Dr. John Dulemba, retired endometriosis specialist and educator, who is traveling from Texas to join us for an in-person community education event on Saturday, July 18th.

Endometriosis care exists at the crossroads of many specialties - OB/GYN, pelvic floor physical therapy, gastroenterology, urology/urogynecology, pain management, chiropractic care, mental health, and more. This event will bring patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals into the same room to learn from one another, ask questions, and discuss what truly comprehensive endometriosis care looks like.

What to Expect At This Month's Gathering:

Join Nicole for an experiential session designed to support women living with endometriosis through the power of mind-body connection. Together, we’ll explore gentle breathwork, mindful movement, and guided hypnosis techniques that can help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and foster a greater sense of comfort and empowerment. Participants will leave with practical tools they can use at home to support their emotional well-being and overall quality of life while navigating the challenges of endometriosis.

Nicole Merris is a Certified Hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, and founder of Balanced Being Hypnotherapy in Northern Colorado. She specializes in helping individuals reduce stress, create positive change, and access the healing potential of the subconscious mind through hypnosis, mindfulness, and mind-body practices. Nicole combines evidence-based relaxation techniques with compassionate guidance to help clients cultivate greater resilience, well-being, and self-awareness.
