Teebo is a grassroots 501©3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving the people of Burkina Faso, the Burkinabés, through rural entrepreneurship, educational opportunities, and mission work. "Teêbo" means "Hope" in Burkina Faso, and we are committed to holistic and sustainable development. t on the lives of others. We are a volunteer-driven organization, and 100% of all donations go to our programs. Background Story: What began with one boy’s Christmas gift to local widows has grown into an international non-profit involving Burkinabes and experts in community-building worldwide. We use a community-driven model for long-term sustainability
1. Engage: Assess villages’ unique situations through focus groups, individual meetings, and active listening.
2. Equip: Provide essential tools and offer comprehensive, hands-on training to participants to create a lasting impact.
3. Empower: Guide participants to execute with autonomy and dignity, fostering self-reliance and resilience. Teêbo Acts of Love
Rural entrepreneurship: We foster sustainable business and income-generating activities in villages through AquaAgro initiatives and the End Starving Season program, which create economic growth and self-sufficiency. Educational opportunities: We provide support and resources that improve access and quality of education in disadvantaged and underserved communities through our Exam Prep Program. Mission work: We partner with local and global Churches, individuals, and faith-based organizations to share the Good News and make disciples in unreached and limited regions.
