Veterans and friends of Windsor Locks!

✨ On Friday, 12/19/2025 from 10am to 4pm, Gensi - Viola will be giving away toys and coats. No money is needed, no questions asked. If anyone wants to seek additional support, we will be happy to refer them to agencies that might be able to help.

🌟First come, first served. Supplies will not be restocked. Any leftover items will be donated to WLPD and Town Hall.

Hey, if you are not doing anything Monday, come to Windsor Locks and see members of Post 36 march in the parade. A ceremony at Memorial Hall to end the parade! Hope to see you there!

Due to the inclimate weather, tomorrow night's American Legion 4 Chaplin's Dinner has been rescheduled to next Saturday, February 22nd with the same serve time of 6:00 pm.

Stay safe, stay warm and took good care out there!

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Edward Sabotka, who joined his crew in the heavens above. Ed was a lifelong supporter of the American Legion Genis-Viola Post 36 and Memorial Hall and his fellow Veterans. His presence will be profoundly missed.
