Nancy's Place Nancy’s Place provides safe, affordable housing to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We also provide educational and advocacy resources to impacted families. Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities do not have adequate access to safe and affordable housing, making it extremely difficult for them to become part of the community and live their lives to the fullest. These individuals are often forced into facilities or housing that are run-down or mismanaged. Nancy’s Place aims to create healthy homes where these extraordinary people can live independently and not have to worry about neglected living conditions. We want to raise the bar for affordable housing not only by providing exceptional homes to our clients but also by advocating for public policy that upholds the standard of living we ALL deserve.

Grateful for our friends at Concepts Cares Foundation who believed in our vision from the very beginning! Today we gave them a private tour of our first property.

Come by this Sunday between 2-4pm for our open house and see all the work for yourself!

Our Concepts Cares Committee took a little field trip after our meeting today! Our friends are working on an incredible project in Windsor Heights! Their work and their story is truly incredible ❤️

They took a vacant house and turned it into a space 5 developmentally delayed adults will get to call home! Their work will give adults in need independence while still having access to the support they need. Seeing the before and after of this home was MIND BLOWING 🤯 it’s genuinely something you need to see to believe - and this weekend you can!
