Today is Native nonprofit day! What better day to support us as we inch closer to our conference.

The Diné Studies Conference, Inc. is an all-volunteer, Indigenous-led nonprofit
organization dedicated to preserving and strengthening Diné culture and language through our
biannual conference. The conference gathers emerging scholars, established academics, and traditional knowledge holders from across the country to share contemporary research, developments in language and cultural education, and methodologies cultivated from Diné philosophies. The 24th Diné Studies Conference will be held in collaboration with Fort Lewis College on October 9th-11th, 2026.

Please support the work we do by donating to our organization today! Please visit the link in bio or https://dinestudies.org/donate .

This Giving Tuesday, we have three exciting announcements! First, we have a new name. We are now the Diné Studies Association (be patient with us as we make the change across all our platforms). Second, we have a beautiful new logo—three new logos, in fact. All designed by Ryan Allison, our logos represent the origins of our knowledge in corn and share the collaborative spirit of our mission statement: Diné be’iiná binahjį’ náásgóó bidziilgo yiikah, We are stronger because of our Diné way of life. Third, and perhaps most exciting of all, our conference video recordings are now available on our website! Please, take a moment to browse this library of presentations, enjoy sessions you were unable to attend, revisit ones you did, and share with friends and relatives. And also, please consider donating to support our work of strengthening Diné knowledge of all kinds. Your contributions allow us to make resources like these session recordings more available and accessible within our communities.
