Thanks to all the fishermen who made our 2026 fishing contest a success today. 144 registered. And thanks to all of our sponsors who made it possible. Proceeds go to the Windom Sharing Center. It was great to see so much activity on Cottonwood Lake.

Come on down the Windom's Courthouse Square this afternoon and indulge on some Hot Dogs during the Windom Chamber's Annual Hot Dog Night. Prudence Lodge #97 will be there in the South East Corner of the square ready to serve you one of our fabulous creations. Serving is from 5 to 7 PM. Looking forward to seeing you there!

On Friday, June 6, Prudence Lodge #97 hosted it's 20th annual outdoor Lodge. The evening started with a picnic supper. A Special Communication followed which was attended by 32 Master Masons from 12 different Lodges. The highlight was the presentation by brothers Lee and Jim York of Lake Wilson Lodge #262 of a peace pipe to our junior Past Grand Master, MWB Foster Solem.

WB Mitch Voehl visited the Windom Sharing Center today to present their board with the $5,000 matching funds check from Minnesota Masonic Charities. This matched the funds raised at the Lodge's ice fishing tournament on February 2. Voehl has led this effort the past four years.

Prudence Lodge No 97 presented Fire Suppression Tools to two fire departments on Saturday evening. In the first photo, WB Al Peterson presents two tools to Mt Lake's fire chief, TIm Conners. In the second photo, WB Al presents two tools to WIndom's fire chief, Ben Derickson while assistant chiefs Kris Porath and Brad Bussa look on.
