Well folks that’s a wrap

What a great season But all Windham trails are CLOSED.

Thank you everyone who joined the club, our great sponsors and of course this wouldn’t be possible with our amazing group of volunteers.

We've had an incredible ride! A long season is winding down. Grooming has wrapped, so trails are open this weekend for cautious 'spring riding' (watch for water bars, rocks, and bare spots).

BIG success with our 2nd Annual Poker Run

PLEASE READ THE SIGNS!!!

If you do not own or have expressed permission from a land owner, DO NOT ride off trail, pretty simple. We spend hours every year, listening to landowner complaints of off trail riding.

The season is coming to an end and we need these sections open to have a next season and the one after that.

The trails are thin in spots we will keep you updated

Trail update

It looks like CMP is working on the power lines east of the four way. There is a lot of plowing and timber mats being placed as they doing maintenance work.

We will not be grooming this section while this work is going on.

Please use with caution while this work is ongoing we will be monitoring and updating everyone

GREAT DAY!!!

What a great turn out for the 2nd annual Windham Drifters Poker Run

We dealt 105 hands of poker and had one grand prize winner that walked away with $1050!!!!

We gave out a ton of prizes from sponsors
Pat's Pizza Windham, Windham Rental Center, paulsboutiqueofmaine, RAVE X MOTORSPORTS, Seacoast Adventure, Richardson's Boat Yard, Smoked Windham, Enbridge, Rustler's Steakhouse

Thank you to everyone who participated.

Lastly big thanks to the Windham Drifters Snowmobile Club members that organized and executed this event, lots of hours of work going into pulling this off, including grooming the night before untill 4:30am and Mother Nature for the snow we couldn’t do it without you!!!

2.13.26 MISSING FROM WINDHAM, MAINE (CORRECTED TO RAYMOND, ME)

G***a went missing on 2/10/25 from Finley Road, Windham. He is a 2 y/o, 90 lb, intact male, Pit Bull/Rottweiler mix with auburn/rust coloring. When he went missing, he was wearing a blue harness and dragging a leash. G***a is friendly, but please do not call, follow or approach him. Contact Mark with any sightings at 207-233-8822.

❄️ Windham Drifters 2nd Annual Poker Run: Updated Route & Trail News! ❄️
We’ve got some exciting updates for this Sunday, February 22nd! We are adding a 6th Bonus Stop to give you an even better shot at the 50/50 cash prize.

🃏 Pick 6, Play 5!
We are adding a sixth location to the run. While you still play your best 5-card hand, hitting all six stops gives you an extra card and a much better chance at building a winning hand!

⚠️To reach the 6th stop in East Windham, please be aware that a small section of the trail has been plowed for CMP work. If you’re feeling adventurous, the extra card is worth it! The section will be clearly marked with re-routing signs where necessary.

🚜 Trail Conditions & Grooming
Grooming: Our team will be out grooming Saturday night.

Snow Watch: We are hopeful that Friday’s snow creates perfect riding conditions.

Weather Update: If the snow doesn't materialize, we may close the 6th spot for safety. Keep an eye on this page for a final confirmation!

The groomers have been busy!!!!❄️✨
Our team has put in countless hours.
We love seeing the tracks out there, but we need your help to keep this operation running:
🚫 Obey all trail closures.
🚫 Respect "No Snowmobiling" signs.
Staying on the marked path is about respecting the landowners who make our sport possible. One rider off-trail can mean a lost trail for everyone.

We Need More Members 📢
We’ve noticed a big gap between the number of riders on our trails and our actual membership numbers. Currently, our membership is quite low compared to the traffic we see.

The groomers don’t run on "thanks" alone—they require fuel, maintenance, and a lot of volunteer hours funded by your dues. If you’re riding the trails, please make sure you’re supporting the club that maintains them.
