Thank you all for coming out and supporting the Windham Youth Cheerleading program!! Your support means so much to our athletes, coaches, and families. Because of your continued encouragement and generosity, we’re able to give these kids amazing opportunities to grow not only as athletes, but as teammates and individuals. None of it would be possible without this community behind us!!

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Windham Youth Cheerleading will be making the switch to black cheer shoes for the upcoming season.

After a lot of consideration, we decided this change would be the best fit for our athletes and families for several reasons:

• Black shoes stay cleaner longer and look more polished throughout the season
• Easier to maintain for busy families
• More cost-effective since they won’t show dirt, grass stains, or scuffs as quickly
• Creates a more uniform and consistent team appearance
• Better for outdoor events, sidelines, and travel
• Helps shoes last longer through practices, games, and performances
• Reduces the stress of keeping shoes bright white all season long

We’re excited for this updated look and appreciate everyone’s support as we continue making decisions that benefit our program and athletes.

Families are welcome to reach out if they’d like recommendations for great reputable cheer shoe brands and styles for the upcoming season.

This board-level role helps ensure our athletes are fully equipped for the season by managing uniforms, apparel, and equipment orders, inventory, and coordination with our board to keep everything running smoothly.
