Troop 5235 would like to send our sincerest condolences to the Stidham Family, the Pharaohs Car Club and the community as a whole that knew and loved Eli. We've been partnering with these kind hearted people for several years now and we've seen Eli many times over the years. He was always the center of the show and we all loved him. His loss is profound and is felt in all who had the blessing of getting to meet and know him. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Rest easy Eli. You fought a brave fight.

A Scout is Brave

Last night at the Barrow County School System Board of Education meeting Mr. Drew Keber took to the podium and stood up for scouting. We are trying to build a stronger bond with the Barrow County School System after a few rough years where local scout leaders and parents have noticed a decline in the Barrow County area. Thank you Mr. Keber for speaking so eloquently and representing scouts in such a strong way. We hope that this will open some doors to rebuilding our relationship with the public school system in Barrow County and open the doors for more opportunities for children and parents to learn about the scouting program.

Den Chief Natalie Mullin jumped into action tonight when one of the Tiger Cubs of Pack 235 got stung by a bee tonight. She helped her up, brought her to the leadership, asked parents if she was allergic and kept her calm while first aid was administered. Great job Den Chief Mullin!
