I have you all on my mind, just want you to know. the struggles you have everyday I understand. Here’s hugs for those needing hugs and who doesn’t 🥰 someone does care.

I have always said., knowledge is powerful. I don’t know if you have researched about adhd or bipolar. I know by experience starting in my young adult years. Learning who you are. Why I do I do and say things that I do. When getting to know who you are with adhd and bipolar if you have both.

You will be surprised by taking small steps in the person you want to change to make your life smoother.

For now I am going to throw knowledge your way. Embrace who you are. Love you and focus on you. I will be doing it as polls hoping you will take part.

I HAVE RAISED THE AGE UP 18 years TO YOUNG 50 and 60’s. This is a community group. Those of you that would be interested in forming a group and meet. Life is to important to be alone and not understand and take control of your life. So who’s with me? I already have a room to make it happen.

We can meet 1 week , every other , 1 a month or come when you want.
