💚 World Mental Health Day | October 10 💙

Not all wounds are visible, and every healing journey looks different.

This World Mental Health Day, we recognize the importance of mental health and remind our veterans that seeking support is a sign of strength.

At Help Heal Veterans, we believe creativity can be a powerful part of the healing journey. Through therapeutic craft kits and creative engagement, we provide veterans with opportunities for self-expression, connection, and moments of peace.

To every veteran navigating challenges that others may not see: You are not alone. Your mental health matters. 💙

Together, we're healing the invisible wounds of war through creativity.

🎨 Therapy Kit Tuesday
Look what Air Force Veteran Linda K. from Chicago created! 💙
Linda used her creativity to make this beautiful dream catcher, moccasins, and bowl cozy as a birthday gift for her sister. We love seeing how our Veterans take their kits and make something truly personal and meaningful.
Thank you, Linda, for sharing your creativity with us—and happy birthday to your sister! 🎂🎁
Creativity heals. ❤️🤍💙
