Last night the heroics continued, with a couple missing players...
The brave heroes entered into the mushroom fueled vision quest into a burnt tree radiating dark emotions. Upon entering they discovered glowing tunes that Aiden, the sorceress, had only seen in dreams. As they approached the bottom drums could be heard, the runes pulsing with the beat. Call back chanting could be heard. When the entire party got to the bottom they witnessed the nefarious Red Talon Tribe involves in a ritual led by a being by a being that was constantly shifting from a man, to giant, to goblin, to a huge wolf and a myriad of other beings. As the ritual finished the goblins bodies sunk into the floor but at the same time they remained in the spirit realm. The party attempted to confront the group only to be blocked by some mystical shield. The heroes attempts to intimidate the group were met with scorn. The party did not like the taunts of their destiny being in the hands of the ritual leader. Without being able to do anything about it the group was thrown out of the realm back into the real world, still wearing the gear acquired in the vision quest. Fighting could be heard below. They discovered the tunnel now obsidian not earthen. Two strange being were in battle with some of the Red Talons that looked long dead. After a brief but noble battle the group prevailed. On the body of the two creatures they found strange weapons and armor and rune necklaces allowing them to open a door the two creatures died defending. As the door was opening the rest of the Tribe burst into the room. As the door opened radiating light struck down the enemies. The next room was filled with images of ancient symbols yet to be determined their nature.
