Cradle For A Cause

C4AC Community,

As many of you know, this past Saturday would have been the 9th Cradle for a Cause charity tournament where we were anticipating a total of 18 men's and women's teams competing and representing some of the best charities and non-profit organizations around.

With that said, we can still make a positive impact in 2020 and we encourage any of our former participants to contact us if you're currently involved in any sort of fundraising effort where we might be able to help.

Former Northeastern lacrosse goalie and C4AC standout Alex Rickler recently launched a fundraising campaign to support the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention. If you're feeling generous and would like to help Alex and the AFSP we encourage you to make a donation of $20.20 or whatever you're comfortable with via the link below.

Dear C4AC Family,

I hope that you are well during these unprecedented times and doing everything necessary to stay healthy. The developments of COVID-19 and its impact have left all of us needing to suddenly adapt in a joint effort to stall the spread of the virus. With that said, this years C4AC tournament will be postponed until a later date.

With health guidelines/timelines changing weekly, the tournament directors will do our best to confirm a new date as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience as we work to confirming a new date and encourage you to spread the word of this decision and to reach back to us with any questions.

Finally, our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the virus and hope that we can get past this as soon as possible.

Highlights from 2019's Cradle tournament in Lexington, MA. Thanks everyone for coming out and making another great year.

This year we broke $50k total donations and added a women's division!

After tying up a few loose ends we are proud to announce that all 2019 donations are in the mail! In total $6,050 has been donated to nine organizations (two teams played for the same organization). Congratulations again to all of this years participants and thank you for your continued support! The Runnin' Rams have confirmed that they will be competing in the 2019 Cradle for a Cause Charity Lacrosse Tournament . The Rams have become a staple in the C4AC tournament lineup year-after-year and we wish them the best of luck!

We're beyond excited to announce that both the Endicott College and Saint Anselm College Women's lacrosse teams have confirmed competing in the 2019 Cradle for a Cause Charity Lacrosse Tournament.

This marks the first time ever in our tournaments history that a women's division will be part of the competition and we can't be happier or more proud to having two exceptional organizations leading the way.

With that, we welcome and encourage any and all women's teams and organizations interested in being a part of our family to contact us for more information in registering your team.

The Northeastern men's lacrosse team have officially entered into the 2019 Cradle for a Cause tournament. The Huskies are representing the Mickael Jette Memorial, in honor and memory of their friend and teammate, Mickael Jette. We're excited to see what this group can do against a very talented pool.
