Here is the mama dog we trapped, Ebony. She is simply amazing. She's been mothering the Parvo pups and they adore her! I don't even want to think about what happened to her puppies😞 She needs a home p*eps, please share! Isn't she gorgeous! I believe she's a Pit-A-Dor! What could be better than that!

As you all know this past month has been exhausting and I haven't really had a chance to catch up with the puppies. Number one, I am so humbled and thankful for all of you who donated to the rescue. I truly would not have had enough funds to give these puppies the care that they needed. If we could get everyone to pledge just $5 a month we really wouldn't have to ask for help all the time when we have situations like this! Now for the puppies. I ended up naming them myself. Being so close to the holidays and being SO thankful that they all survived, we gave them Thanksgiving names! So we have:
Turkey
Mashed Taters

Punkin' Pie
Cranberry
Apple Pie

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Before service today, they passed out little cards. They all had a different saying on the top, mine said HEALING. Today's sermon was about listening to God when he speaks to us or tries to help us. After service we were told to get into groups according to which cards we had. Once we got into our groups, it dawned on me why I got that card and as I told my story to the Saints in my group about the events of the last 3 weeks, I started crying like a baby! Boom light bulb went off! God, through all YOUR prayers has been guiding my hands, healing hands though all of YOU and we ALL saved these puppies through God's love and powerful strength!
CAN I GET AN AMEN! PRAISE THE LORD!

This little girl, the last survivor. She's defintiely out of the woods but I just can't get her to eat consstantly. I have tried EVERYTHING! She's up and around, playing with her sister but she won't eat more than a couple of bites of food. Dog food, people food, food for fussy dogs, Entyce every day. I'm open to any ideas

Remember I told y'all about puppy number one limping, well here's the xray. The femur is crushed which means she has to have the leg amputated. What else is the devil gonna throw at these babies??

I've thrown everything in my Parvo toolbox at this girl and I just can't get this HORRIBLE virus to break! She's dehydrated just an hour or so after I administer the fluids. It's the diarrhea that I am most concerned with, I just can't break it and that's what will kill her. Lots and lots of prayers please, that's all she' got right now🙏🐾🙏🐾🙏🐾🙏🐾

Good morning, here's the latest update. I didn't get home from the ER till 1:30 this morning so needless to say, I am a bit of a ZOMBIE!! 6 puppies are eating and playing, including the girl I took in yesterday morning that had the bloody diarrhea. The girl I took last night is still critical and still needs lots of prayer p*eps. She hasn't had any more bloody diarrhea since last night at the ER so that's the little bit of good news for her. Parvo is literally a minute by minute thing. Cleaning up after them is truly a nightmare! For my rescue friends, you know what I'm talking about. Constant disinfecting, contantly changing your clothes multiple times a day. My washing machine hasn't stopped for a week. HAVE I MENTIONED HOW MUCH I HATE PEOPLE? To all who have been donating, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Expenses are in the thousands now and I cannot tell you how appreciative I am!💖💖💖💖

So as you can see, they are coming along nicely. The little girl on the right still has a wicked tummy ache but I think she is getting there. For anyone who has cared for Parvo pups around the clock you know the intensity of the work involved. It's exhausting but when they start to get better, it's all worth it baby! I'm adding my amazon wish list as we desperately need paper towels and p*e pads. Can't get to my Chewy list becasue my rescue page is messed up! Paper towels and p*e pads if you can!!

Puppy number 5 has tested positve this morning, the remaining 2 are still negative but I'm not optimistic that they won't break in the next day or two. So far, all the positive ones are doing well and stable, no vomiting or diarrhea. Pray for me today please, I am exhausted, this is round the clock work with zero help.
