The Clark County Homeless Coalition provides emergency shelter and transitional housing for individuals and families in Wi******er, combining housing services with intensive case management and life skills training to help residents move toward permanent, independent housing.
What makes them unique?
Their approach goes beyond providing a nightly bed. Through a high accountability, “shelter to housing” model, residents actively participate in case management and life skills classes designed to help create long term stability.
Their comprehensive services span from street outreach and peer support to emergency shelter, Rapid Rehousing and Permanent Supportive Housing, with a strong focus on helping each client achieve long term housing success.
