Attention all exhibitors!

Attention ALL Frederick County Fair Exhibitors check your email for the important info below!

ALL livestock exhibitors (including rabbit and poultry exhibitors) are REQUIRED to attend a YQCA Training session, which this year will be offered at the Frederick County Fairgrounds on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 (250 Fairgrounds Road, Clear Brook, VA 22624.) The training will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Attendance for the complete duration of the training is required for youth to be certified.
After completing the registration form a coupon code will be emailed to you from the 4-H Extension Agent, Spring Vasey ([email protected]) to register in YQCA.
Pre-registration is required. If you cannot attend this session, you will need to attend an alternate training session in another county.

STEP 1: Complete the form below.
STEP 2: Wait for the email from Ms. Vasey with the coupon code.
STEP 3: Follow the direction in the email to register with YQCA.

Thank you to Karl Littman and Round Hill Community Fire and Rescue for coming out and spending time with the kids! They got to learn about the equipment carried on an ambulance and fire truck and also got to learn and practice basic CPR skills. Everyone had a great time!

Thank you to everyone that came out and supported our chick sale and to Freedom AG & Energy Cooperative for donating the chicks, heat lamps, and the feeders and waterers! We hope you enjoy your cookies and we looked forward to seeing everyone back next year! 🐥
